KFH-Bahrain Reaffirms its Commitment to Attracting National Talent and Strengthening its Presence in the Banking Sector
Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain –28 July 2026: Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) has reaffirmed its commitment to attracting, developing and empowering national talent to assume leadership roles that contribute to supporting its growth and development journey. This stems from the Bank’s belief in the importance of investing in Bahraini competencies and their pivotal role in enhancing institutional performance and strengthening the competitiveness of the banking sector.
This comes as part of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to enhance the contribution of Bahraini talent across various areas of banking, while providing opportunities for experienced professionals to contribute to the development of services and the enhancement of performance levels, in line with customers’ aspirations and the evolving needs of the market. These efforts also support the development of a generation of national leaders capable of driving the Bank’s development and growth journey.
In this context, KFH–Bahrain announced the appointment of Mr Mohamed Albinmohamed as Head of Business Banking. Mr Albinmohamed brings more than (18) years of experience in the financial and banking services sector and holds an MBA from the University College of Bahrain. Prior to joining KFH–Bahrain, he served as the Head of Business Development at SADAD Bahrain and successfully led a number of initiatives and projects that contributed to business development, performance enhancement and growth throughout his professional career.
In his new role, Mr Albinmohamed will lead the Bank’s Business Banking sector, with a focus on SMEs. He will work on implementing the sector’s strategy, enhancing growth and profitability opportunities and expanding market presence by providing innovative, customer-focused banking solutions. He will also oversee the development of customer segmentation strategies, the management of banking portfolios, and the support of product and service development, while adhering to the highest standards of risk management and compliance.
On this occasion, Ms Dana Bukhammas, Head of Human Resources, Transformation and Development at KFH-Bahrain Group, said: “Attracting qualified Bahraini talent and empowering them to assume leadership roles represents a key pillar of KFH–Bahrain’s strategy.
