Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain – 26 July 2026: A delegation from Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) recently visited Youth City 2030, organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs, as part of the bank’s platinum sponsorship of this national initiative’s 15th edition. The delegation toured the training programmes and activities hosted by Youth City 2030 and engaged with several participants, reaffirming the bank’s commitment to supporting youth development and fostering direct engagement with young Bahrainis. This initiative underscores KFH– Bahrain’s dedication to promote Islamic financial literacy and raise awareness of the principles of Islamic banking, in addition to nurturing national competencies and preparing youth for future challenges.

The delegation comprised of Mr Mohammed Abusaqer, Head of Corporate Communications, Ms Dana Bukhammas, Group Head of Human Resources, Transformation and Development, Ms Fatema Abualfath, Head Retail Branches & Premium Banking alongside other representatives from the bank. They received an overview of the diverse training programmes and career pathways offered by Youth City 2030 and interacted with participants to understand their experiences firsthand. This visit reflects the bank’s support for initiatives promoting skill development among the youth, enhancing their academic and professional readiness, and preparing them for the future.

As a platinum partner in the 15th edition of Youth City 2030, KFH – Bahrain demonstrates its ongoing commitment to supporting national initiatives that empower Bahraini youth and nurture a generation with greater awareness of Islamic banking, and equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the demands of the future, in alignment with its corporate social responsibility strategy.
